ESA needed a way to manage websites for their 100+ schools. Working with The Image Group, we created a custom CMS to manage all of their sites from their corporate site to each individual school.
The CMS supports event calendars, news feeds, and image galleries at the school level, supporting technologies such as tagging and calendar syndication, that local users can manage. The system has many faces and URLs but is managed from a single server and application.
This project was developed in Ruby on Rails with a MySQL database and uses ImageMagick for image manipulation.
